Recommended acquisition (the “Acquisition”) by Project Sword Bidco Limited (“Sword”) for the entire issued share capital of Catalis plc (“Catalis”) announced on 15 August 2019, by means of scheme of arrangement of Catalis under Part 26 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
