Results of General Meeting

 

Catalis SE (the “Company”), the UK company providing support services and publishing for the global video games market, is pleased to announce that all of the Resolutions proposed at the General Meeting held in London on 4 December 2018 were duly passed.

Full details of and background to the Resolutions were set out in the circular published by the Company on 16 November 2018 (the “Circular”). The Circular is available for inspection in electronic form on the Company’s website, www.catalisgroup.com.
